卖方不得直接或间接为爱必居以外的任何其他方生产、展览、出售或供应爱必居模型产品。
Seller may not directly or indirectly manufacture, exhibit, sell or supply Habitat Models to any other party than Habitat.
所有提供给卖方的样品、图纸、规格或者其他与爱必居模型或生产相关的文件，均一直是爱必居独有的财产。
All samples, drawings, specifications or other documents relating to Habitat Models or production thereof submitted to Seller shall remain the sole property of Habitat.
