爆热亦称爆炸热。1mol爆炸物爆炸时放出的热量。爆热是爆炸物产生臣大破坏、抛掷和粉碎功的能源,它与爆炸物的爆速、爆压等数据密切相关。因为爆炸变化极为迅速,可以看作是在定容下进行的,因此一般用Qv来表示。如果发生爆轰,爆轰过程的爆热是指爆轰波中C-J面上所放出的能量,它完全传递给爆轰波的稳定传播;爆破热则是在爆轰波中进行的一次化学反应的热效应的总和,它与爆炸物的作功能力有着密切关系。
