英文：explosion supperssion 利用炸药爆炸扑灭林火的方法。适用于土壤粘重、土层深厚的原始林区。方法有二种。一种是将硝铵炸药或TNT装入爆破筒，把爆破筒安装在事前钻好的土孔中，按爆破力大小，每穴相距1~3米，各爆破筒排列成一条线，用电池引爆，一次可开辟长宽各100米的生土带。第二种是将炸药盛装于细塑料管中，接连导火线，做成爆破索，每根长30米，缠绕于圆筒上，便于携带。使用时，将每根爆破索展开平放贴近地面，几根接连起来，可达数百米，用电池引爆。 来源：《中国林业辞典》141页
安全性：闪点较高，可燃，爆炸性：无。着火时，用泡沫、干粉、干冰、蒸汽、水等灭火。
