热痉挛（heatcramp）是一种高温中暑现象。在干热环境条件下劳动，出汗过度，随汗液排出很多NaCl，发生肢体和腹壁肌肉的痉挛现象。患者体温并不升高。补充食盐水即可缓解。热痉挛通常是受热导致虚脱的第一次警告，过度劳累之后，胳膊、腿和腹部等处的肌肉都会发生这种痉挛，一般由于身体盐分缺乏而引起（因为流汗过多，特别是食盐不足时）。
