周村煮锅是山东淄博风味小吃之一。1910年左右由周村三星庙前徐方明、镇西桥李六所创始。当时煮锅比较简单，设一直径约120厘米中间有孔的圆木盘，砂锅放在中间孔内，锅底点火。顾客围坐四周，把自己选好的菜肴放入锅内烫热取出，放在自己碗里，锅内老汤随意喝。因味美可口、经济实惠而深受欢迎。
