采用烟化法处理低品位氧化铅锌矿,合理的配料是正常生产的前提,保证鼓风炉、烟化炉有较高的配开率才能获得较好的技术经济指标。熔融炉渣的物理化学性质对整个工艺的技术经济指标影响很大。 它不仅关系到铅、锌、锗的挥发率和回收率,而且关系到整个冶炼过程能否顺利进行。配料不当,易引起鼓风炉操作的一系列故障,如炉渣熔点高,炉缸积铁、挂壁、炉渣黏度大、流动性差等,造成鼓风炉、烟化炉配开率降低,从而降低有价金属的回收率。研究表明 [2] :冶炼过程合理的炉渣组成是( %) :CaO12～16、SiO2 18～22、FeO25～30、Al2 O3510、MgO110。在这一组成范围内,炉渣的熔点、黏度都较低,熔渣流动性能好,有利于提高鼓风炉、烟化炉的配开率,进而提高整个工艺技术经济指标。
