【摘 要】 在炎症性急腹症中，部分病例以肠梗阻为突出表现，而原发病症状不典型，称之为炎症性肠梗阻(ISBO)，极易导致误诊误治。将我院1990—2000年收治的43例ISBO患者的临床情况进行分析，报告如下。
