灵芝多糖是多孔菌科灵芝属真菌菌丝体的次生代谢产物,存在于灵芝属真菌的菌丝体和子实体中。灵芝子实体粉碎加入少量培养基发酵,发酵后原料离心,上清液低温真空浓缩,透析,乙醇沉淀,丙酮洗涤,除蛋白,喷雾干燥,最后加入10%水提干粉混合而成。灵芝多糖为浅棕色至棕褐色粉末,可溶于热水。
