灰化法是利用高温除去样品中的有机质,剩余的灰分用酸溶解,作为样品待测溶液.该法适用于食品和植物样品等有机物含量多的样品测定,不适用于土壤和矿质样品的测定.大多数金属元素含量分析适用干灰化,但在高温条件下,汞、铅、镉、锡、硒等易挥发损失,不适用.该法主要优点是:能处理较大样品量、操作简单、安全。
