激素测定法 （methods of hormone determina-tion）对体液或组织中激素含量的测定方法。按照世界卫生组织分类原则，可把激素测定方法分为生物鉴定，化学测定，蛋白结合测定和细胞化学测定4类。放射免疫测定法虽然灵敏度高，操作方便，但所测结果不能完全代表激素的生物活性，因为激素分子的免疫活性中心和生物活性中心往往是不一致的。近年有人发展了一种细胞化学测定方法，大大推进了测定技术的发展。
