又称克林肯伯格效应(Klinken-berg effect)。气体在岩石孔隙介质中的低速渗流特性不同于液体,气体在岩石孔道壁处不产生吸附薄层,气体分子的流速在孔道中心和孔道壁处无明显差别,这种管壁处流速不为0的微观运动体现在宏观上就是气体在渗流过程中产生的滑脱效应。其次,当压力极低时,气体分子的平均自由路程达到孔道尺寸,气体分子扩散可以不受碰撞而自由飞动,由于这一原因导致视渗透率增加。实验证明：岩石渗透率越低,滑脱效应越明显；压力越低,滑脱效应也越明显。
