湿化学法是用各种含锌物料为原料,采用酸浸浸出锌,经过多次净化除去原料中的杂质,然后沉淀获得碱式碳酸锌,最后焙解等获得纳米氧化锌。与以往的制备纳米级超细氧化锌工艺技术相比,该新工艺具有以下技术方面的创新之处:平衡条件下反应动力学原理与强化的传热技术结合,迅速完成碱式碳酸锌的焙解。通过工艺参数的调整,可以制备不同纯度、粒度及颜色的各种型号的纳米氧化锌产品。
