游离神经末梢（free nerve ending），组织名。结构较简单。较细的有髓或无髓神经纤维的终末部分失去施万细胞，裸露的轴突末段分成细支，分布在表皮、角膜和毛囊的上皮细胞间，或分布在各型结缔组织内，如骨膜、脑膜、血管外膜、关节囊、肌腱、韧带、筋膜和牙髓等处。
结果滑膜皱折、韧带部均具有游离神经末梢。
