方法：随机抽取昆明医学院眼科视光中心配戴渐进多焦点眼镜的青少年41人作为渐进镜组，同样抽取年龄相当的普通眼镜配戴者资料42份作为对照组。
Methods: 41 teenages wearing mutifocal lens were collected into mutifocal lens group and anther 42 normal glasses wearing teenagers were selected as normal control group randomly.
