加热蒸汽和被加热的水直接混合的加热器称混合式加热器。其优点是传热效果好,水的温度可达到加热蒸汽压力下的饱和温度(即端差为零),且结构简单、造价低廉。缺点是每台加热器后均需设置给水泵,使厂用电消耗大,系统复杂。故混合式加热器主要做除氧器使用。
本文对与集中供热热水锅炉配用的新型混合式加热器作了分析,并给出了该加热器的计算方法。
