深度访谈法又名深层访谈法。深层访谈法是一种无结构的、直接的、个人的访问，在访问过程中，一个掌握高级技巧的调查员深入地访谈一个被调查者，以揭示对某一问题的潜在动机、信念、态度和感情。 深层访谈法适合于了解复杂、抽象的问题。这类问题往往不是三言两语可以说清楚的，只有通过自由交谈，对所关心的主题深入探讨，才能从中概括出所要了解的信息。
本文以上海奢侈品消费者为样本，采用深度访谈法开展了探索性研究。
