淀粉浆（俗称淀粉糊） 是片剂中最常用的粘合剂，常用8%-15%的浓度，并以10%淀粉浆最为常用；若物料可压性较差，可再适当提高淀粉浆的浓度到20%，相反，也可适当降低淀粉浆的浓度，如氢氧化铝片即用5%淀粉浆作粘合剂。淀粉浆的制法主要有煮浆和冲浆两种方法，都是利用了淀粉能够糊化的性质。
