海竹（学名：Yushania qiaojiaensis）为禾本目玉山竹属下的一种竹子。竿较高大，竿柄长15-40厘米，直径5-7毫米；节间长2-10厘米；枝条在竿之每节为多枝，其中无明显主枝，各枝直径远较竿为细弱；圆锥花序或总状花序，均为顶生。笋期5月。产于云南东北部海拔3100米的地区。笋可食用。
