舒穆禄·海成（？-1794），舒穆禄氏，满洲正黄旗人。清朝大臣。初任刑部笔帖式、刑部堂主事、山东督粮道、安徽按察使，乾隆三十七年（1772年）任江西巡抚，四十三年（1778年）转任喀喇沙尔办事大臣，四十九年（1784年）任军机章京上行走，后转为屯田司员外郎、车驾司员外郎。
