测交是一种特殊形式的杂交，是杂交子一代个体(F1)再与其隐性或双隐性亲本的交配，是用以测验子一代个体基因型的一种回交。但有时候即使已知某个个体是杂合子，该杂合子与隐性纯合子的交配也叫测交。遗传学上常用此法测定个体的基因类型。
