在动态或者静态条件下，能够降低表面张力――surfacetension，增加润湿性能，提高流平效果的助剂。如果流平不良，将导致桔皮、缩孔、刷痕等等涂膜缺陷。
在涂料中加入适量的流平剂或蜡助剂等，能显著地降低液体涂料的表面张力，提高涂膜与芳纶之间的附着力。
The surface tension of liquid coatings will reduce and the adhesion between curing film and aramid fibre will improve obviously under the condition of the addition of suitable additive.
添加剂：陶氏化学的多功能助剂AMP、润湿剂、羟乙基纤维素醚；索尔的防腐霉剂、海名斯的增稠流平剂、先创的分散剂和消泡剂、成膜助剂等。
Additives: multifunctional additives AMP, wetting agents, HEC from Dow Chemical; biocide from Thor, rheological additives, dispersion agents and defoamers from Elementis and coalescing agents etc.
