流化速度是指介质在流化状态下克服自身重力向上移动时所对应的风速称为流化速度，其中 在循环流化床锅炉中使床层阻力不再增加的风量为最低流化风量，对应的风速为最低流化速度。 流化状态是指介质以一定速度进入容器中在容器底部提供一定风压，介质分压大于等于单位截面上介质的重量，介质即呈悬浮状态运动而不致被流体带走，其上部必须具有一个水平的界面。
