Hyperosexia 患者对一定的对象予以过份的注意，即使细枝末节也不轻易放过。一种是对外界对象的过分注意，如有妄想症状的患者，对妄想对象的举动特别注意。见于精神分裂症和偏执性精神病一种是对自身状况的特别注意，如有疑病症的患者对身体的微小变化如心跳，胸闷等非常注意，见于抑郁症，精神分裂症。
注意：饮酒可增强硝酸盐的作用、偶尔引起低血压，继而损害反应力。
