波兰小麦（Polish wheat），小麦属的四倍体种之一，学名Triticum polonicum L.。染色体数2n=4x=28，染色体组型为AABB。主要分布在地中海沿岸国家和埃塞俄比亚，多与硬粒小麦混生。已知有46个变种。
矮秆波兰小麦具有基本的AB染色体组，在染色体结构上存在一定程度的重排。
