本协议对一个规则，规章或其它法规的任何参考，将包括其已生效有关修改的法律参考。
Any reference in this Agreement to an act, regulation or other legislation shall include a reference to any statutory modification or reenactment thereof for the time being in force.
第50号法规中的定义及其修正系列中已生效的内容，在应用于已批准车型时应当和本规定保持一致。
The definitions given in Regulation No. 50 and its series of amendments in force at the time of application for type approval shall apply to this Regulation.
