（1492～1563）明代僧。嘉禾人，俗姓富。字玉芝，号月泉。工于诗，少孤贫，资质慧敏，好读书，每就寺僧借阅经典，隔宿即还，皆能背诵。十四岁于资圣寺出家。受具足戒后，先谒吉庵、法舟等，俱不契机，偶遇王阳明，与之语，疑情顿发；一日，闻僧诵古案，不觉释然。后参天通显于碧峰，蒙其印可。遂隐居湖州天池，衲子闻风而至，渐成丛林。以嘉靖四十二年示寂，世寿七十二。有玉芝内外集。（续灯存稿卷十、补续高僧传卷二十六、莫干山志卷十二、国朝献征录卷一一八、明诗综卷九十二）p3420 来自:【佛光大辞典】
