法庭指令（Order）是指法庭下达的决定，法庭指令可以是一个简单的命令，如命令证人如实回答法庭的适当询问；同时，法庭指令也可以是法庭举行听证会后作出的复杂但合理的决定，明确指定当事人可以做什么，不可以做什么，如在离婚程序中，法庭可能会根据当事人要求而下达临时禁止令。但法庭指令通常并非法庭所审理案件的最终决定，即法庭判决。
