河粉（英文：Rice noodles），又称沙河粉，形状是扁宽。是广东、海南、广西、福建、湖南等地区一种大众化的特色传统名吃。河粉是将米洗净后磨成粉，加水调制成糊状，上笼蒸制成片状，冷却后划成条状而成。不同于“粿条”。 河粉是中国广东、广西和东南亚一带常见的一种小吃主料，1860年左右源自广州沙河，因而得名。
