沥青固化是以沥青为固化基材的一种固化处理方法。固化操作有两种：一是将沥青加热，利用在高温下可以变成熔融胶粘性液体将废物掺合、包覆在沥青中，冷却后即形成沥青固化体；一是利用乳化剂将沥青乳化，用乳化沥青涂覆废物，然后破乳、脱水，即完成废物的沥青固化处理。此法可以在室温下完成。
