汇票是由出口商签发的，要求进口商或其代理人在某一规定时间内支付一定金额款项的命令。
A draft is simply an order written by an exporter instructing an importer, or an importer's agent, to pay a specified amount of money at a specified time.
另一方面，如果出口商不想等到承兑汇票到期后才收到货款的话，他可以将这张汇票在贴现公司贴现，也就是把它卖给贴现公司。
On the other hand, if the exporter does not want to wait for payment of an accepted bill of exchange, he can discount (sell) it at a discount house.
远期汇票按即期议付，由本银行（开证银行）贴现，贴现及承兑费由进口商承担。
