氯己定碘(洗必泰碘) Chlorhexidine Iodine 为碘与洗必泰形成的络盐，其杀菌效果较洗必泰与碘强大，对革兰阳性菌、阴性菌及芽孢均有强大杀灭作用。其0.1%醇溶液(含醇45%)可代替碘酊消毒皮肤。1%洗必泰碘软膏及霜剂可用于外科化脓性创面及皮肤感染等。
