氯化铯（Cesium chloride），化学式为CsCl，分子量为168.36。 是一种无机盐，无色立方晶体，密封阴凉干燥保存。熔点645℃,沸点1290℃，相对密度3.988；易溶于水、乙醇、甲醇，不溶于丙酮。在空气中吸湿潮解。
离心分离密度大于1.3g/cm3的样品，如DNA、RNA，需要使用密度比蔗糖和甘油大的介质。重金属盐氯化铯(CsCl)是目前使用的最好的离心介质，它在离心场中可自行调节形成浓度梯度，并能保持稳定。
