氨甲环酸（Tranexamic acid）又名凝血酸，化学名为反-4-氨甲基环已烷甲酸，白色结晶性粉末；无臭，味微苦。在水中易溶，在乙醇、丙酮、三氯甲烷或乙醚中几乎不溶。分子式为C8H15NO2，分子量为157.21000，密度为1.095 g/cm3，熔点为233ºC，沸点为300.2ºC at 760 mmHg。
