气逆（reversed flow of qi），是中医名称，指气机升降出入反常，应降不降，气机上逆，或横逆的病理变化。临床以肺气上逆、胃气上逆为多见，肺气上逆则咳嗽、气喘；胃气上逆则恶心、呕吐、嗳气、呃逆等。治疗以理气、降气为基本治则。
