气血两虚为证候名。亦称气血两亏。指气血均亏损不足的证候。多由久病不愈，气血两伤所致。可因气虚不能生血而致血虚，亦可因血虚而致气虚。临床表现气虚与血虚同时存在，症见少气懒言、神疲乏力、自汗、眩晕、心悸失眠、面色淡白或萎黄等。治当气血双补。可用八珍汤。
