Objective: To study the diagnosis of pulmonary cancer compounded with pulmonary abscess.
方法：回顾性分析16例肺癌继发肺脓肿患者术中采用逆行肺切除术，即先处理支气管后处理肺血管的临床资料。
Methods: The clinical data of 16 cases with secondary lung abscess induced by the lung cancer using a retrograde procedure to excise the lesion were analyzed retrospectively.
较常见的合并症有肺脓肿、脓胸及随后发生的支气管扩张症。
Lung abscess, empyema and subsequent bronchiectasis are relatively common complications.
