毛细管气相色谱是气相色谱的一种，柱内不装填料，空心柱阻力小，长度可达百米。将固定液直接涂在管壁上，总的柱内壁面积较大，涂层可很薄，则组分在气相和液相相间的传质阻力降低，这些因素使得毛细管柱的柱效比填充柱有了很大的提高。炼厂气组分的测定采用大孔毛细管的氧化铝多孔层空心柱，程序升温。
