武茂（？-291年），字季夏，豫州沛国竹邑（安徽宿州市北符离集）人。西晋大臣，曹魏卫尉卿武周之子。 以德素称，为上洛太守、散骑常侍、侍中、尚书。清正方直，不服权贵。元康元年（291年），荀恺诬为太傅杨骏党羽，遭到诛杀，时人倍感痛惜。侍中傅祗申明洗冤，追赠光禄勋。
