止咳化痰平喘是以止咳化痰平喘药为主组成的方剂。咳嗽、气喘与痰涎在病机上常有密切关系，咳喘多挟痰，痰多常致咳喘。因此，临床上止咳化痰平喘药常相互配伍使用。接止咳化痰平喘药的不同性能，分为温化寒痰、清化热痰及止咳平喘药三类。
结论：痰清颗粒具有良好的止咳化痰平喘作用。
Objective: To do animal experiments of Granule Tan-qing on relieving cough and reducing sputum to relieve asthma.
方法：通过镇咳实验、祛痰实验、平喘实验和抗炎实验，来筛选止咳化痰的有效部位。

对照组给予持续低流量吸氧、抗感染、平喘、止咳化痰及维持水电解质酸碱平衡等常规治疗。
Control group was given continuous low flow oxygen, antibiotics, asthma and cough and phlegm and maintaining water and electrolyte acid-base balance and other conventional treatment.
