被许可方特此免除欧洲专利局由于未能进行纠正或者未能在适当时候进行纠正而遭受任何第三方提出的索赔。
The Licensee hereby releases the EPO from all third-party claims arising from the failure to make such corrections or the failure to do so in due time.

The Licensee may not exploit or use any data in the data set supplied by the EPO that is not part of the contractually specified scope of delivery.

The EPO shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage to third parties resulting from the Licensee's or the EPO's performance pursuant to this Agreement.
