此类溶酶体中含有水解酶和相应的底物,是一种将要或正在进行消化作用的溶酶体。根据所消化的物质来源不同, 分为自噬性溶酶体、异噬性溶酶体。 次级溶酶体(secondarylysosome)是含水解酶及相应底物,以及水解消化的产物,也即正在进行或已经进行消化作用的囊泡。所以,次级溶酶体又称活动性溶酶体(active lysosome)或消化泡(digestionvacuole)。其分布较广,形态具有多样性。
