横拳，一说为形意五行拳最后一拳，其行进路线也为锯齿形，为诸拳之母。因为生克万拳全靠这拳。横拳的劲力是抖绝劲之中的弹性力，如绞的牛筋突然松开。有滚崩之势，所以应该说刚中有柔，柔中有刚，劲力亦虚亦实，崩发也不失含蓄，不像人们说的那样，横拳刚劲猛烈，无坚不摧。另一说为拳击运动拳法之一，也称“摆拳”，有左横拳和右横拳之分。
它包括：劈拳、钻拳、崩拳、炮拳、横拳五拳。
