Objective: To provide the anatomic basis for the grafting-fusion of lumbosacral vertebrae with iliac flap supplied by deep iliac circumflex artery (DICA) pedicle.
在最后切断和移植血管之前，一定充分估计距离目的椎体的距离以免血管蒂长度不够。
Before definitive cut and transposition of the vessels, the distance to the affected vertebra has to be estimated to certify enough pedicle length.
结论：带旋髂深动脉蒂髂骨瓣转位腰骶段椎体植骨融合具有可行性。
Conclusions: it is suggested that using the iliac flap with DICA pedicle for the grafting-fusion to the lumbosacral vertebrae is feasible.
