梦样状态 Oneiroid state 患者意识清晰度降低，有梦境及幻想体验，并且常为梦境遭遇的直接参加者，其内容形象模糊不清，以假性幻觉为主，对外界刺激反应迟钝或不起反应，与周围环境缺乏联系，患者可有梦吃一样自语，偶尔可出现兴奋不安。见于癫痫、感染和中毒性精神障碍。
表现为反应迟饨、朦胧状态(或称梦样状态)、行为懒散、冷淡、嗜睡、动作缓慢、主动的动作或语言减少、定向力降低或丧失等。
