本文报道运用无创伤性心功能检查和彩色多普勒对40例梗阻性黄疸(a组)和36例单纯胆囊结石(b组)血流动力学研究。
Systemic hemodynamics in 40 cases (group a) with obstructive jaundice and 36cases (group b) with gallbladder stones were studied by non-traumatic cardiac function monitor and color Doppler.
结果本组引起梗阻性黄疸性的疾病，分别为胆管结石、胆管癌、胰头癌、胆囊癌及肝癌。
Results the causes of obstructive jaundice in this study included cholelithes, cholangiocarcinoma, carcinoma of head of pancreas, carcinoma of gallbladder and hepatoma.
目的：探讨胆囊癌致梗阻性黄疸的治疗方案。
Objective: To explore the management of obstructive jaundice induced by gallbladder carcinoma.
