柴胡汤，中医方剂名。出自《史载之方》卷上。具有疏风解表，滋液润肠之功效。主治表邪未解，津液内虚，恶风发热，头痛目眩，咽干口渴，大便秘结，小便短黄，舌红苔黄，脉浮洪数。
