柱骨（styloideum） 人体骨骼名。指锁骨。 古时亦名锁子骨、缺盆骨和巨骨。 《医宗金鉴》：“柱骨者，膺上缺盆之外，俗名锁子骨也。内接横骨，外接肩解也。”或指颈椎。 《释骨》：“骨三节，植颈项者，通曰柱骨。”
目的：探讨开窗法复位植骨内固定和单纯行前柱复位内固定治疗髋臼前柱骨折合并臼顶区关节面压缩塌陷的治疗效果。
