柚叶，中药名。为芸香科植物柚Citrus maxima (Burm.) Merr.的叶。浙江、江西、福建、台湾、湖北、湖南、广东、广西、四川、贵州、云南等地均有栽培。具有行气止痛，解毒消肿之功效。常用于头风痛，寒湿痹痛，食滞腹痛，乳痈，扁桃体炎，中耳炎。
目的：研究柚叶中总黄酮的提取工艺并测定总黄酮的含量。

结果：最佳提取工艺测定了前年、去年采摘的4批样品中总黄酮的含量。去年采摘的柚叶总黄酮略高于前年。
