The content of saponins in Folium Ilicis Cornutae was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Then,the adsorption capacity,the rate of desorption and the concentration of saponins were calculated to determine the suitable conditions.
用紫外分光光度法测定总皂苷的含量,计算吸附量、解吸率和枸骨总皂苷的含量,最后确定最佳工艺条件;通过碘量法检测枸骨叶总皂苷抗氧化活性。
