枝晶间距是指相邻同次枝晶间的垂直距离,它是树枝晶组织细化程度的表征。枝晶间距越小,组织就越细密,分布于其间的元素偏析范围也就越小,故越容易通过热处理而均匀化。通常采用的有一次枝晶(柱状晶主干)间距d1,和二次分枝间距d2两种。
